  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

3. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for:

  • Manufacturing Defect

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection.
  • Approved refunds are completed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds may be sent via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Bank Transfer.
  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and standard return procedures will apply.
